For any organization to take advantage of IoT capabilities you need two things: the talent to actually do it, but maybe more importantly you need the leadership that acknowledges these new capabilities exist and wants to embrace them. From the standpoint of education, the focus I’ve had is enabling Case Western Reserve to be a leader in terms of qualifying these kinds of people.
